Flame Safe Terms and Conditions
Seller/Company and Buyer/Customer hereinafter referred to as "Parties"
The Parties acknowledge and agree that all sales are complete when the product is shipped or picked up by customer. Condition Precedent: is exclusive between the Parties and is the mutual understanding of the Parties, and that it supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements and communications. All Parties acknowledge that all sales are final. The customer has determined the product is suitable for it's intended use. .LIMITED WARRANTY: Company warrants the product will perform as tested provided the product is applied according to the Company's specifications . It is the duty of the customer to review the Company's technical information and specifications prior to placing an order. Any claim shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and all obligations of the Parties herein are performable in the Texas County wherein the principle office of the Company is located.
ANY CLAIM WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ONLY.
